Astronomers call it a black hole, but we can explain it as a place where gravity is so powerful that even light cannot escape. They call it an exoplanet, but we can describe it as a world beyond our Solar System. By translating the language of astronomy, we can make the universe feel closer, more understandable, and more connected to us. We're joining the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre's monthly Space Camp Saturday through an exciting collaboration in October. Participants will explore the planetarium, attend an expert-led talk, and strengthen their own science communication and presentation skills while diving into fascinating topics in physics and astronomy. After all, "To teach is to learn twice." We will see you among the stars!
