About This Activity
Geering Up is excited to spend eight weeks at Waverly Elementary School introducing STEM subjects through hands-on projects. Each week, students will learn a new topic and work on a hands-on activity! We will also spend time working on a smaller subject across the eight-weeks. Participants will be exposed to a STEM concept while also learning how to look for these concepts in the real world. We hope you're ready! The eight weekly sessions starting January 21st to March 11th on Wednesdays after school ends from 3 to 4:30 pm. Activities may be pulled from past curriculum, but will have a new twist.
