About This Activity

Discover Tiny Wonders — An Outdoor Adventure into the Heart of Nature! At Compass Outdoor’s Forest Scouts – Outdoor Nature Explorers camp, our youngest adventurers (ages 3-6) will step into the magical world of the forest! Through hands-on outdoor activities and playful project-based learning (PBL), campers develop early STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) skills while exploring bugs, plants, and soil in Vancouver’s beautiful natural spaces. At this outdoor summer camp in Vancouver, children will: Observe tiny animals and study their fascinating behaviors (early biology). Create beautiful leaf rubbings and learn about nature’s patterns and textures. Build cozy bug homes, discovering what makes a perfect habitat. Dig into the world of soil and see what treasures lie underground. Play, explore, and connect with the natural world through exciting, age-appropriate science adventures. Forest Scouts is the perfect place for young nature lovers to build curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong respect for the environment — making it one of the best outdoor educational summer camps for kids in Vancouver!
