About This Activity

🌟 Mighty Explorers: Outdoor Myths, Machines & Mysteries (Ages 6-12) Uncover Legendary Secrets — Supervised Outdoor Adventures Day Camps in Science, Engineering, and Storytelling! Compass Outdoor’s Mighty Explorers: Outdoor Myths, Machines & Mysteries invites curious adventurers (ages 6-12) to investigate the science behind legendary tales while building real-world engineering skills! Through dynamic STEAM challenges and supervised outdoor explorations, campers explore medieval technology, mythical creatures, and the secrets of storytelling at Vancouver’s best outdoor locations: Vanier Park, Camosun Bog, Pacific Spirit Park, Musqueam Park, and Jericho Beach. At this supervised fun outdoor summer camp in Vancouver, campers will: Accept secret missions from forest fairies to spark their engineering adventures. Master cartography by mapping forest trails safely. Study building materials to protect the Three Little Pigs with stronger homes. Engineer bridges to outsmart the mountain trolls in story adventures. Create survival tools like bows, arrows, and shelters for a Robin Hood-inspired challenge. Combining supervised science experiments, outdoor engineering projects, and mythology exploration, Mighty Explorers helps kids develop teamwork, creativity, and critical thinking — a true fun supervised outdoor adventure day camp in Vancouver! Compass Outdoor Education provides supervised outdoor child care day camps for children ages 3–12, with the primary purpose of providing safe daytime care and supervision, supported by age-appropriate outdoor play, storytelling, nature exploration, creative activities, and hands-on enrichment.
