About This Activity
Description
Participants must be going into 6th grade or older.The goals and objectives of the 2024 Tanager Power by Sanford Vermillion are to prepare young athletes for safe competition by focusing on developing flexibility, coordination, balance, strength, and speed. Training sessions will mimic the sport's specific demands.

Will meet at the Vermillion High School GymThis camp if for athletes entering grades 6-12June 3 - July 25, Monday - ThursdayNo sessions July 1-4
