About This Activity
Description
The summer youth track and field program is open to youth ages 11 to 15 years of age and will run for eight weeks from June 3rd to July 31st. Youth track and field will meet at the Vermillion High School Track from 9-10:30am, Tuesday and Thursday of each week throughout the duration of the camp. Participants will learn proper running techniques from sprinting to long distance running, proper stretching techniques for pre and post running, and proper jumping techniques to help preform in the long jump, triple jump and hurdles.
REMINDER : There will NOT be class the entire week of the 4th of July (June 30th - July 4th).
