About This Activity
Monday Skills Academy is a weekly group training session for athletes in 6th–8th grade, hosted at Shoot 360 Birmingham every Monday from 5:00–6:00 PM. Each session is led by Trevor Releford, bringing high-level instruction and experience to every workout. Trevor is a former University of Alabama player, during which he was All-SEC for 4 consecutive years. These sessions are designed for serious players looking to be pushed and challenged in a competitive environment. Each week, athletes will focus on advanced skill development, game situations, decision-making, and competitive reps to help take their game to the next level. If you’re ready to compete, improve, and separate yourself — Monday Skills Academy is where it starts.
