GonnawannaBAKEagin' Are sports not for you? This cooking class will focus on understanding basic kitchen safety and hygiene all while creating delicious treats to sell at FACT’s Fall Family Fun Day. Cooking Class runs for 8 Tuesdays nights with the additional Bake Sale occurring on the day of FACT's Trunk-or-Treat Event. Bakers will focus on baking a variety of treats and following a recipe in this cooking class. Who: Volunteers must be 13 and Older Volunteers will follow/model directions/activities and actively engage with participants with autism. Training is not required, but volunteers are expected to behave in a mature and responsible manner. Volunteers need not to be proficient in the Program/skills being taught. A volunteer's primary purpose is social engagement and modeling.
