About This Activity
Who: Anyone with ASD who are 6 and older and their families What: Come learn to Line Dance and have a good time on a Wednesday Night! Come one night or come all nights, the whole family is welcome to participate with one ASD participants registration fee. Come get your 2-step, square dance, Boot Scootin' Boogie on. We have a DJ and Dance Instructor who will lead the class and the whole family is invited to stay and join the dancing. At minimum, 1 care taker is REQUIRED to stay and family participation is encouraged. We will try to learn 1 dance a night but some dances may require 2 nights (1 for a refresher course). Families can attend all sessions or pick the sessions they wish to attend. All participants with ASD must register to attend and can bring their whole family. Where: FACT's Autism Resource Center 3509 Virginia Beach Blvd Virginia Beach, VA 23452 When: Wednesday Nights May 14 -June 11, 2025 from 6:00-7:30pm. How: Materials and instruction will be provided. Families will be responsible for transportation to/from the site location. No previous dance talent is required! * If the program reaches capacity, please still register so FACT can contact you as participants cancel and/or more spots open up!*
