HOW TO REGISTER: Register for EVERY week of camp you are interested in attending. **Completing the pre-registration does NOT automatically confirm your spot in camp.** Campers will only be awarded 1 week of camp. Once you've won 1 week, your other pre-registrations will be removed from the lottery and you will be removed from the waitlist for those additional pre-registered weeks. Canceling the week you were awarded will cancel your participation from summer camp. Please only register for the weeks you are available to avoid losing your spot in camp altogether. You will receive an email confirming registration from the FACT team sharing that your child has been removed from the waitlist and is registered. You will then be asked to log in, make a down payment, pick a drop off / pick up window and submit forms and waivers. TIME CHANGE: You will receive an email with a link to sign your camper up for a drop off and pick up timed window. Slots will be in 10minute increments and will be limited to keep the check-in line short and quick and the parking lots manageable. You will receive this email once you've paid the required deposit. Drop off slots will range from 8:40-9:10am and pick-up slots will range from 2:50-3:20pm CAMP COSTS: FACT invests about $1,200 per camper per week to make camp possible. This covers the individualized support many campers need—often 1:1 staffing (and sometimes 2:1 or 3:1 support)—along with peer volunteers, transportation, field trip admissions (usually two outings per day), and other program expenses. The cost families pay is only a small portion of what it truly takes for FACT to host camp and create a safe, meaningful experience for every camper.
