About This Activity
Who: Individuals with autism who are 10 and older What: Join FACT for our spring musical - Go Fish!. This registration is for individuals who want to learn more about lighting, sound, staging, and designing props and costumes. Have no fear- we will help and walk our participants through any stage fright and can adapt any set-up and job for the behind the scenes role. Participants will spend 8 weeks learning about the technology used to put on a performance. One will learn how to set up and operate stage lighting, the microphones, and all the parts involved in producing light and sound. Where: 3509 Virginia Beach Blvd Virginia Beach, VA 23452 When: Every Thursday evening from 6:00-7:30 pm How: FACT will provide all that you need to be successful for the performance. Each participant will be assigned a job duty. Each part pf the performance can be adapted to meet each unique need. The dress rehearsal will be on May 8 and the final performance will be on May 9. ALL participants will be asked to attend the May 8th class AND the May 9th performance. MORE DETAILS TO COME!
