About This Activity
What: GonnawannaKICKagin'- Kickball GonnawannaKICKagin' is a co-ed Kickball program dedicated to teach skills and understanding of the game. Our coaches and staff will use their expertise, modeling, and visuals to help our players adapt and play the community sport we all love! We hope to increase our athlete’s physical endurance and coordination, attention, and social interaction through team play. Who: Volunteers must be between the ages of 10-40 years old Volunteers will follow/model directions/activities and actively engage with participants with autism. Training is not required, but volunteers are expected to behave in a mature and responsible manner. Volunteers need not to be proficient in the sport. A volunteer's primary purpose is social engagement and modeling. Where: Williams Farm Park 5269 Learning Circle Virginia Beach, VA 23462 When: September 6-November 1, 2025 (no kickball on September 27) Registration: Please register if you are interested in volunteering. Please call the office if you are trying to register after the closed date. If registration is full, please continue to register as you will be placed on a waiting list and room may become available. You will be notified when / if room becomes available.
