About This Activity
Description
Gym Kids will learn to safely perform planned exercises to improve strength, agility, coordination and physical conditioning. Our little gymnast will improve flexibility, core strength, upper and lower body strength, power, mental focus, discipline and dedication. Tumbling and gymnastics tricks will be practiced on a thick mat with support. No prior experience necessary.
