Baylor TIP Camp for 4th-7th graders is a day camp option. Morning course offerings will run from 9am to noon, and afternoon courses run from 1:00 to 4:00pm. Lunch is included only with registration for BOTH morning and afternoon courses. Robotics Engineering Lab Take your robotics skills to the next level in this advanced summer engineering lab designed for students ready for deeper challenges. Using LEGO® SPIKE™ Prime kits, you’ll design, build, and program complex robotic systems that integrate sensors, motors, and conditional logic to solve open-ended engineering problems. Students will move beyond simple builds to focus on systems thinking, algorithmic problem-solving, and iterative design—testing, analyzing failures, and refining solutions like real engineers. Collaborative projects emphasize technical communication, debugging strategies, and strategic planning, preparing students for future coursework in engineering, computer science, and competitive robotics. This course is ideal for students who want a rigorous, hands-on introduction to advanced robotics and automation in a fast-paced summer setting.
