Families of children with special needs or disabilities are invited to come enjoy an open gym at Rock Creek Rec Center. Come move, play, and explore! Select sports equipment will be provided. No formal instruction will be provided. Participants under 18 must be supervised by a parent/guardian/caregiver over the age of 18. Siblings are welcome at no additonal cost.Essential Eligibility Criteria: Program levels 1-4
Goals: To increase coordination, body awareness, gross motor skills, and physical activity
