Description
Crazy Running Western Maryland offers a unique and exciting training program for children ages 3-14. Our fun and challenging program is designed to prepare Tykes (ages 3-7) and Juniors (ages 8-14) to run a specific distance based on their age and abilities. Not only does our program focus on running, but it also aims to develop coordination and athleticism in young kids. Whether your child is preparing for a specific sport or just wants to stay active, our training program can help them become well-rounded athletes. We use structured practices, form drills, running-specific exercises, and plyometrics to teach the fundamentals of running. Our goal is not only to improve their running technique but also to challenge them aerobically during each practice session. Additionally, we make sure that our students have fun by incorporating running games that bring out their competitive spirit. With Crazy Running Western Maryland's training programs, your child will learn proper running techniques, build endurance and strength, and have fun while doing it!
