Counselor-in-Training (Ages 13–15) Our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program is an excellent opportunity for campers ages 13–15 to be mentored and trained by our dedicated staff for the role of a future camp counselor. Participants will learn and practice valuable skills that provide real insight into what it means to serve as a counselor, including leadership, responsibility, teamwork, and caring for younger campers. While this is a training program, CITs will also enjoy many aspects of camp life, including swimming, building friendships, and participating in a fun, active, and supervised environment. Lunch and a daily snack are provided. Due to the nature of this role and the level of responsibility involved, space is limited. Applications can be submitted to: www.elevationcampct@gmail.com Please note: Because families entrust us with the care of their children, all CITs are expected to meet the responsibilities and expectations of the role. If a participant is unable to fulfill these duties, they will be reassigned to attend camp as a regular camper for the remainder of the week, and a meeting with camp leadership, parents and Jr. counselor will be required to dicsuss future weeks.
