The Middle School Volleyball Academy's practices are structured in 3 segments:
1. Warm up, stretching, agility & strength training.2. Volleyball skills development: passing, setting, serving, spiking, blocking, digging. We also prepare players for high school and/or club play by teaching positions as well as offense and defensive drills.3. Volleyball Rules, Strategy, Sportsmanship & Leadership: through scrimmaging and/or queen of the court.Must have some volleyball experience.Activity Secondary Category
