Description
F.A.S.T. ATHLETICS SPORTS PROGRAMS
SUPERSPORTS: F.A.S.T. Athletics will offer a variety ofsports each week such as: Soccer, Mat Ball, Basketball,Dodgeball, and Kickball. Each class will end with a highenergy game with the sport played that day.
FOOTBALL & SPORTS: F.A.S.T. Athletics will teach everyonegame strategies, catching techniques, and most importantlyhow to work together as a team. Each class will end with asimulated game.
STREET HOCKEY & SPORTS: Fundamentals of hockey will betaught at this program. One-timers, passing, shooting andstick handling will be some of the training focus in thebeginning. Each day will end with a good old fashion streethockey game.
For all programs, please send your child with plenty of water, a snack,sunscreen and closed toe shoes.
