Coach Laura is offering summer training. Session 1 is for athletes looking to enhance or maintain their speed and performance. Focus will be on drills and mechanics. Athletes have the option of joining Laura for one week, two, three or all weeks. Week 1 Session 1 July 6-10th 5-630pm Week 1 Session 2 " " 6:30-8pm Week 2 Session 1 July 13-17th 5-630pm Week 2 Session 2 " " 630-8pm Week 3 Session 1 Aug 3-7th 5-630pm Week 3 Session 2 " " 630-8pm Week 4 Session 1 Aug 10-14th 5-630pm Week 4 Session 2 " " 630-8pm The cost for one week is $200. For both weeks, $375
