Kick, stretch, and breathe! This high-energy martial arts class introduces younger students to the basics of movement, self-defense, and mindfulness in a fun, age-appropriate way. Through playful drills, games, and beginner techniques, children will build strength, coordination, and focus while engaging their imagination. Each session also includes simple breathwork and calming exercises to help students stay centered both on and off the mat.
