Pre-Ballet 2 attends twice a week – 60 minute class. Dancers become mischievous Nutcracker mice, elegant swans in Swan Lake, and dance at Aurora’s wedding in The Sleeping Beauty. Artistry and imagination come together when young dancers travel to the Land of Sweets, Swan Lake, and far away castles. Students will learn to tell the classical ballet stories through choreography and mime. Summer classes are a fun and enriching way to reinforce classwork syllabus skills, muscle memory and coordination. Ballet vocabulary, classical ballet alignment, balance and posture are emphasized. The last week of classes students will share all they have learned in a short presentation for family and friends. Enrollment will be limited to ensure maximum individual attention to each student’s unique development and learning goals. Parent Observation: Join us for the final class of the summer session, where parents are invited to witness everything their dancer has learned!
