About This Activity
In this class for 6th through 12th graders, students will explore team-building strategies through a series of engaging and challenging games. The focus will be on developing key skills such as communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership. Through a variety of team-based activities, students will learn how to work effectively with others, manage conflicts, and build trust within a group. The class will feature both competitive and cooperative games designed to highlight different aspects of teamwork. Students will also participate in reflective discussions to analyze their experiences and identify strategies for improving team dynamics. By the end of the session, participants will have gained practical insights into effective teamwork and will be better equipped to apply these strategies in both their academic and personal lives. $50 deducted from allotment.
