About This Activity
Students will learn how to recognize and handle different feelings and emotions. The goal of the class is to develop a positive self-image, and learn how to show empathy, compassion, and kindness. Students will learn different feelings as well as coping strategies to help regulate emotions. Lessons will be taught by sharing books and participating in a wide varieties of games, activities and crafts. $50 deducted from allotment.
