About This Activity
A novice is the next level after "beginner" in pickleball. A novice player knows the rules of the game and how to keep score. He/she can hit basic shots (ie: serve, forehand drive, backhand, lob) some of the time. Typically their rallies are very short due to a limited understanding of partnering, court movement and strategy. This class is for Pickleball players who wish to become a smarter, more skillful doubles player, and those who are gearing up for tournament play. Please wear appropriate footwear—the instructor recommends court or tennis shoes and preferably pickleball shoes. Court Fee: $15 cash due at beginning of first day! Please wear proper footwear, court shoes, tennis shoes, or pickleball shoes!
