School Street Yoga looks forward to welcoming you to either of these 6-week Yoga for Beginners classes! In these class we will share a yoga practice together, exploring foundational, accessible yoga poses and breath work. We will notice how it feels to slow down, breathe deeply, and move in and out of yoga poses. This class is taught by Kim Nashed who has enjoyed introducing yoga to beginners for over 15 years. All equipment is provided by the studio at no additional cost. Limit 15 students.
