About This Activity
Description
This is a class for dancers/athletes who are looking to build their confidence and strength in the more challenging upside-down movements and balances that appear in many styles of choreography. Join us each week as we work on core strength, balance, upper and lower body strength, and alignment while we train how to be upside-down and balanced there without fear of falling!
