In this fun, hands-on class, adult-child pairs will learn some some classic baking and pastry techniques as they make and bake the following delicious, classic French pastries together (and they’ll get to take some home to enjoy with friends and family): Pâte à Choux with Crème Pâtissière; Sablée Breton (French butter cookies); Chocolate and Strawberry Le Mille Feuille (“Napoleon” pastries); and Tarte Tatin (delicious, caramely classic French upside-down apple tart).
