Description
No packets of skinny noodles or pouches of MSG here! In this fun, hands-on class, participants will learn to make ramen noodle dough from scratch, then roll, stretch and cut the dough into fresh noodles. They will also learn to make the wonderful broths that are standard choices for ramen. Participants can choose from vegetable, chicken, pork and miso broths. Then they will set up a ramen feast with the broths, freshly-simmered homemade noodles and a variety of classic ramen garnishes to enjoy. (Vegetarian-Optional)
