Description
Sous vide is a French cooking technique that translates to “under vacuum." In the sous vide technique food is vacuum-sealed in a cooking pouch and heated at a precise temperature in a water bath. Instead of relying on perfect timing, sous vide relies on precise temperature control. In this demo class you will learn what Sous Vide is, what equipment you need, and what type of food you can expertly prepare. There will also be samples from the live demonstration.Location
