About This Activity
Description
This program is great introduction to track and field. Half of each class will be used to learn about race strategy and to perfect their running, jumping, and throwing forms. In the second half of class, athletes will work to build up their endurance and strength with a variety of track workouts. Participants will receive a Track and Field Jersey with registration. Season will end with a track & field meet on Monday, July 27th in Middleton.
