Spring and summer rolls are fun to make and delicious to eat--especially in mid-winter! In this hands-on class, adult-child pairs will prepare then enjoy both baked/fried Spring Rolls and fresh uncooked Summer Rolls, featuring traditional flavors and fun twists. Participants will also learn how toprepare delicious accompanying sauces. On the menu: Traditional Vietnamese Summer Rolls (basil, lettuce, carrot, radish, lettuce & rice noodles); Thai Summer Rolls (leafy greens, cucumber, bell pepper, carrot, mint, cilantro & avocado); Classic Napa Cabbage, Rice & Herb Spring Rolls; and Maple GlazedBBQ Tofu & Cheddar Spring Rolls; as well as Mirin Soy Sauce; and Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauce.Location
