Dumplings are fun to make and delicious to eat! In this fun, hands-on class, participants will learn how to make and then get to enjoy the following scrumptious dumplings from around the world, along with delicious accompanying dipping sauces. On the menu: Festival (Jamaican fried cornmeal dumplings); Canederli di Pane (Northern Italian bread dumplings with eggs, cheese and herbs poached in vegetable broth); Shish Barak (Lebanese caramelized onion, chickpea and sumac dumplings) with Warm Creamy Yogurt Sauce; and Ukrainian Oven-Browned Savory Potato and Scallion Knishes.
