Some of the most delicious foods you can eat are prepared by local street vendors. Spend a fun morning off school learning how to make delicious street Food from around the world. Participants will hone their cooking skills while exploring delicious international flavors using locally-purchased ingredients to prepare fun, new, delicious dishes, and will get to enjoy them in class. On the menu: Vietnamese Goi Cuan (fresh vegetable and rice noodle spring rolls) with Soy Ginger Dipping Sauce; addictively delicious Crispy Onion Pakora (Pakistani onion fritters) with Curry Ketchup; Argentinian Empanadas with Spinach, Potato & Cheese; and yummy Pao de Queijo (Brazilian cheese bread).
