In this hands-on cooking class participants will learn to prepare delicious recipes featuring Mediterranean flavors and ingredients. On the menu: Fresh-Baked Whole Wheat Pita; Chicken Souvlaki (lemon, garlic & oregano-spiced chicken kebabs) with Lemon and Mint Yogurt Sauce; Batata Harra (Lebanese not-too-spicy fried potatoes); and for dessert, Melomakarona (yummy, sticky Greek honey cookies).
