Spend a fun morning off school learning how to make delicious homemade pasta! Participants will learn the basics of making egg-based pasta dough from scratch, and will then learn how to roll, cut and form the dough into a variety of shapes including: Orecchiette (small ear-shaped pasta); Maltagliati (“oddly cut“ pasta); Farfalle (little bow ties); and Quadrucci (little squares). These delicious sauces will also be prepared in class for participants to enjoy tasting their pasta with: classic Alfredo and Marinara. (Vegetarian)Location
