Spend a fun morning off school learning how to make noodles from scratch with Chef Joel! Participants in this class will make handmade noodles, then prepare delicious savory dishes with them that incorporate new flavors from around the world, while learning new culinary techniques. On the menu: Classic Egg Noodles; Spaghetti Napolitan (Japanese "Ketchup Pasta"); Vietnamese Garlic Noodles; and Polish Haluski (butter-braised onions and cabbage with egg noodles).
