About This Activity
Description
Learn how to practice mindfulness and wind down for the day during the Young Yogis program. We will be participating in guided meditation, gentle yoga movement, and peace of mind activities. This program will be run by a member of the CI Pediatric Therapy Centers staff and will support the needs of all individuals and abilities.
