Level-up your skills to sing with confidence on stage! In this engaging group vocal class, students will build healthy singing technique through breath support, vocal exercises, harmonies, and ensemble singing. They'll explore songs that strengthen pitch, tone, vocal range, and performance skills. Whether preparing for auditions or the spotlight, students will gain the tools to become stronger, more expressive musical theater performers. Featuring Kristina Webb, who is new to Stage Kids! Kristina has 18 years of experience teaching both voice and piano in her private studio and for the Wenatchee School District. She has been a part of the music and theater community in the Wenatchee Valley for many years as a member of the Washington Music Teachers Association and as a professional accompanist. Prerequisites: ITT-1 & ITT-2 Instructor: Kristina Webb NOTE: No Class on September 7 for Labor Day CLASS ATTENDANCE POLICY Education is the core of Stage Kids’ programs—this is where kids develop most! Participation in a Stage Kids class is, therefore, a REQUIREMENT for participating in a show. Intro to Theater -1 (ITT-1) & Intro to Theater -2 (ITT-2) must be taken first. (Simultaneous participation in a show and a core class is allowed.) For ALL students who take ITT-1 & ITT-2, no more than TWO (2) classes can be missed throughout the duration of the class session in order to fulfill the core class requirement and earn eligibility to take elective classes in the future. If a student takes ITT-1 or ITT-2 and misses more than 2 classes during the session, they must retake the class at a future date. For show participants only, no more than TWO (2) classes can be missed throughout the duration of ANY class session in order to fulfill the class requirement for show participation. If more than two classes are missed, your child's eligibility for future shows may be impacted.
