About This Activity
If you choose to 'Buyout' your volunteer fee, you are not obligated to complete your 15-hour required time commitment. We are encouraging all families to be involved and contribute their time and talents for the benefit of the children and the program. This is not intended as a way to fundraise for the program. Buyout Fee $400 = 15 hours per season per participant Buyout Regulations 1. A maximum of 10% of the cast will be given the option for volunteer buyout hours. Registration is based on a first-come-first-served basis. 2. Should an invoice be distributed and go unpaid, the participant and family will not be eligible to register for the following season without completion of payment at the time of registration. 3. Scholarship recipients (past or current recipients) are not eligible for the buyout option. There are no exceptions to this policy. 4. No discounts or staff benefits may apply towards the fee of the buyout. 5. If you have multiple children, you will only be eligible to buyout one 15-hour option. The remaining 10 volunteer hours per child will still be required.
