Description

Participants should wear long pants and close toed shoes, and bring a reusable water bottle and nut-free snack and lunch.

We recognize that you may wish to withdraw for a variety of reasons, but our policy encourages early decisions so as to not affect other customers or our ability to efficiently deliver the camp. Any REFUND request received before April 15th will be processed with a 10% administrative fee withheld. From April 15th until 4 weeks prior to the camp start date, a 50% administrative fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds given for requests received less than 4 weeks prior to the camp start date except for medical reasons accompanied by a doctor’s note. A $10 TRANSFER fee will apply to any moves between field experiences. Deadline for transfer requests is 1 week prior to your registered field experience start date.
