We’re excited to offer a fun and engaging introductory class focused on movement, martial arts, and basic self-defense concepts! Participants will learn beginner skills such as how to safely break away from unwanted grabs, block basic punches, and practice simple punches and kicks. The class will also include discussions about bully language awareness and stranger danger safety. This program is designed to introduce these concepts in a supportive and positive environment. It is not a traditional karate program or competitive martial arts class, and students will not earn belts or participate in belt testing
