Description
Located at the Sunset Fire Hall*No Class 7/2Strengthen your immune system! Increase your energy and reduce your stress. Stimulate your brain! This class will introduce you to the ancient Chinese 24-Movement Yang-Style Form. The Movements are performed in a continuous sequence at slow speed—beneficial for any age or physical shape. Please wear a face covering; "physical distancing" will be a priority. Min 5 Max 8. 12 60-minute classes.
