This two-week summer bootcamp prepares middle school students for the 2024-25 school year by building foundational academic and organizational skills. Students will improve outlining, identifying main ideas, using quotes with proper citation, and enhancing grammar and sentence structure, ensuring a confident start to the school year. Instructor: Oona Mulligan Social Sciences Teacher Education: B.S., History and Marketing, Providence College, cum laude M.A., History, Western Connecticut State University, summa cum laude Ms. Mulligan has taught history at Oxbridge Academy since 2012. Before joining Oxbridge, she taught and coached an array of sports at public and private schools. In 2017, she was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame at her alma mater, Immaculate High School, where she taught and also coached the cross country, field hockey, and track teams.
