About This Activity
Description
This is a tentative class. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.
This age group will focus on positivity and relaxation techniques in dealing with daily teen issues, obstacles and hardships that will help them gain the strength needed to hold power within.
Please bring own yoga mat, towel and water.
