About This Activity
Our Nature Connection group is for children aged 3-7yrs. who want to meet new friends, connect with nature, learn to trust their instincts and build confidence. Each day the children will explore the forest and learn all the secrets it has to teach. There will be plenty of time for free play and engaging with friends while building communication skills, resilience, critical thinking skills and grit! Children will learn there is no such thing as bad weather only bad gear. FORESTplay is a 5 hour, 100% outdoor, nature immersion program that offers play experiences with a low adult/child ratio and small group sizes. Each day is filled with ample time to play, story time to ignite the imagination, nature exploration to connect with the environment and freedom to relax and reflect in a place of calm and serenity. The children are supported by experienced forest guides who understand the value of child-led play, inquiry based teaching and that building social skills is foundational to higher learning. This is a 34 week program with the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter off. There is a non-refundable deposit of $300 at registration and then 8 payments. The tuition fee includes the deposit. Tuition is not refundable and you are responsible for the entire tuition upon registration. Adventure awaits come play with us.
