About This Activity
This camp provides a wonderful introduction to veterinary medicine and is a perfect program for any camper interested in a career in the medical field. Campers will learn about and participate in activities such as physical exams, reading x-rays, understanding common disease and illnesses, performing an ultrasound, listening to animal heart rates and much more! They will also learn about pet overpopulation and take home their very own stethoscope! Note: Campers may have the option to observe a spay/neuter surgery.
