About This Activity
This camp will be a wonderful introduction to the world of large and exotic animal veterinary care! Campers will explore what it’s like to care for horses, goats and exotic pets while learning age-appropriate vet skills in a fun, supportive environment. Throughout the week, campers will practice basic veterinary techniques such as observing animal behavior, checking vital signs, common husbandry issues, parasites, dental care, medical conditions, common diseases, and more.
