About This Activity
'Mini Explorers' is offered to students entering JK at Collingwood School in September (born 2021) to familiarize them with the classroom and routines, meet some teachers, and make some new friends. Exciting explorations, delightful discoveries, and wild wonders await in our 'Explorers' program! This dynamic camp offers a variety of hands-on experiences in science and nature discovery, the arts, sports, and games. Each week, themed adventures will take campers on thrilling scavenger hunts through the forest, inspire them to create art masterpieces, and get them moving with both traditional and non-traditional sports like soccer and freeze tag. They’ll also step into the spotlight with drama games and skits that encourage creativity and self-expression. With a low 1:6 supervision ratio, our experienced teachers provide close guidance, encouragement, and support, ensuring each child feels confident, engaged, and inspired. 'Explorers' is the perfect place for young adventurers to learn, grow, and have a blast! Theme: Week 3 - Storybook Garden This is a half-day AM program. Come laugh, play, and discover with us this summer! PLEASE NOTE: Children must be fully toilet trained in order to participate in these programs.
