Our Multi-Sport Camp is designed to introduce young athletes to a wide variety of sports and movement skills, helping them build a strong foundation for lifelong physical activity. Through modified gameplay and skill-building sessions, campers will develop fundamental movement skills such as running, jumping, throwing, catching, and balance, all of which are key components of physical literacy. Campers will explore traditional sports like soccer, volleyball, softball, basketball, floor hockey, and badminton, while also engaging in dynamic games such as flag tag, dodgeball, capture the flag, relay races, and benchball. These activities not only teach sport-specific skills but also enhance coordination, agility, teamwork, and adaptability in a fun and inclusive environment. By focusing on cooperation, confidence, and the joy of movement, this camp fosters a love for physical activity, helping children develop the skills and motivation to stay active for life. Regardless of their experience level, every camper will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed while having an unforgettable week of sports, play, and adventure! This is a half-day program.
